The official developer is Pixmove. Its website, pixmove.com, is a studio catalogue of about 65 games, and Falling Pickaxe is listed there in the “Instant” category.

Search results mix up two projects. One is the Pixmove casino game this site covers. The other is a livestream game by the YouTuber and developer vycdev: viewers type chat commands (left, right, up, down) to steer a pickaxe through Minecraft-style blocks, and subscribers can spawn TNT. That project has a GitHub page and a Patreon.
pixmove.com has no player accounts and no cashier. Registration means opening an account at a casino with Pixmove games, for example 1win.
The button takes you to 1win, where Falling Pickaxe is in the Pixmove catalogue.
Enter your email or phone, choose a password and pick the account currency.
Open the cashier and choose a payment method; the list depends on your country.
In the casino lobby, type “Falling Pickaxe” in the search or open the provider “Pixmove”.
Use your real details when you sign up: the casino checks your identity before the first large withdrawal.
No. Pixmove does not release a standalone Falling Pickaxe app or APK. The game runs in the browser inside the casino, on a phone or a computer. 1win also has its own apps for iOS and macOS, where Falling Pickaxe opens like any other casino game.
“Falling Pickaxe APK” files from random sites are risky. They can contain malware or be fake games made to steal logins and money. Do not install them.
Copies and clones on doorway sites that show different numbers are not the original game.
